Light and easy to clean
Makes making omelette for my baby so easy. It’s easy to clean and the eggs wrap so easy. It’s small simple size not only for omelette and it’s been my go to pan. It doesn’t scratch and it’s non stick.

For me, this pan ended up being much more versatile than expected.
I originally bought it because I wanted to try making tamagoyaki at home, and it does that job very well. What surprised me was how often I started reaching for it for other breakfast foods, particularly egg sandwiches. The rectangular shape is perfect for sandwich-making. Besides traditional rolled omelets, I can use about half the pan to make square fried or scrambled eggs that fit bread much better than the round eggs from a standard skillet. It's one of those small things that turns out to be genuinely convenient. The non-stick performance has also been excellent. I've owned this pan for almost seven years with moderate use, and it's still performing well. Of course, standard non-stick rules apply: * hand wash only * no dishwasher * no metal utensils * avoid excessive heat If you're willing to treat it properly, it's surprisingly durable. In fact, this pan has outlasted several other non-stick pans I've owned over the years. Pros: * excellent non-stick surface * great for tamagoyaki and rolled omelets * ideal shape for egg sandwiches * durable when cared for properly If you're interested in Japanese-style omelets, it's an easy recommendation. Even if you're not, the shape alone makes it a surprisingly useful breakfast pan.

Best Tamagoyaki pan I have found . . .
I have been looking for a good Tamagoyaki pan for a while. Unfortunately, there are a lot of poorly made Tamagoyaki pans on the market. The Techef Tamagoyaki pan is the best I have found for home use. The pan is surprisingly heavy for aluminum, which is a good thing in cookware. The cooking surface is perfectly flat. The thick non-stick coating should last for years, if not subjected to high heat. The handle is well insulated. I was a little apprehensive the first time making a rolled egg in this pan because I was using JustEgg, an egg substitute made from mung beans. Beans are primarily starch which tend to stick to pans more than proteins. The pan performed flawlessly. The rolled egg was perfect! My rolled eggs have improved substantially with this pan. The best rolled eggs I have ever made. I am very pleased with the Techef Tamagoyaki Pan. P.S. The Vovoly spatula is Perfect accessory for rolling the Japanese omelettes. It is the perfect width for this pan. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN5Y8DQR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1

Neat little pan for Japanese omelets and other great foods.
Very easy to clean I became a Japanese omelet master in very short order. Pan is heavy guage , very sturdily built and fun to use.

Great pan at a great price!
Makes excellent Japanese omelettes exactly as advertised! High quality pan that conducts heat evenly and makes it very easy to use. The nonstick quality of the pan makes rolling the eggs very easy.

BEAUTIFUL HEAVY DUTY OMELETTE PAN
This is a well-built, solid and beautiful pan. I love the color and the triple coated interior lets my omelets slide out of the pan without any effort. I am so impressed with this pan that I plan on buying more of their products. It is made of Extra-heavy Gauge Aluminum with Stainless Steel Base, and the handle stays cool to the touch. Super easy to clean and scratch resistant to my metal spatula.

Great for all things egg
Bought the small one and loved it so much that when I saw the large one on sale I bought it too. They are fantastic, nonstick pans. I use them for all kids of egg cooking! Work amazingly, are great quality, and i do love the color too.

Un must!!

TeChef - Tamagoyaki Japanische Omelette Pfanne Eierpfanne

Amazing!!!!
This is the little sibling of my amazing Tefal Pan. Although I was in doubt when I received it as it looks so small, I decided to give it a try as to avoid the hassle of return purchase. It was super super amazing!!! For someone who likes to cook a quick meal for one or two this is just perfect!!! Supreme stickless!
