It works well during flotation exercises and give a medium to hard amount of resistance when doing leg exercises. Since they come in a set of 3 I gave one to a 'classmate' of mine and she loves it too. The only thing I would say is a minor negative thing is the label on the outside of the 'skin' of the noodle. How about putting it on the ends rather than the body of the noodle so it peels off without removing a patch of the 'skin? ### ⭐⭐⭐ Disappointed *by J***M on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2019* Used for water aerobics at the Y. These noodles are okay but not as advertised. They are supposed to be 2.75 inches in diameter but are barely 2.5 inches. That .25 doesn't seem like much but it makes a world of difference in resistance and bouyancy. I was trying to replace some older ones that have passed their peek.
