Phenomenal product. I’ve had a few problems though, like setting up customers and addresses & not worth the time. Then setting up an email that would allow access was extremely difficult, once it’s set up though, it is very nice and easy to use.

Worked for a little bit then failed Had to return. Return took two weeks to go back on my card.

I'm plumber/HVAC technician and use TESTO instruments for last 20+ years(combustion analyzer, HVAC pressure gages, temperature probe), I like this brand and never have problems with, but this tool make mi not happy-its not works from 1st time(see picture) also in my kit is missed testo Bluetooth® Connector to allow testo Smart Probe connectivity to testo 300 Combustion Analyzers (nice option for HVAC technicians). I return my tool in next day and ordered another from SupplyHouse-this one works perfect.(at instrument from SupplyHouse Bluetooth® Connector included in kit)

Update- talked with testo- conformity has no expiration date so I have been reassured it is safe, however once it reaches 2 years in service or co sensor starts showing signs I will maintain. Testo after a while gave me the information I needed.

Right out the the box the analyzer doesn’t work, pretty great considering the price paid for it. No owners manual included. And they’re telling me that can’t replace it. So my only option is to get a refund. Waste of 1200$ and time.

Did not receive a hard case. Did not receive a printer or software with instrument.

Firstly it reads 80ppm low on CO when subjected to cal gas. The device shuts itself down, and it requires about 40 minutes to restart. The bluetooth only works with a phone app; it won't work with testo easyheat. The usb is both the charging port and the computer interface, but the usb port doesn't provide enough current to charge the testo, and when the battery dies, it takes 40 minutes to charge enough to start up. But the worst thing is that it locks up. And when it does you have two choices: take the battery out or wait until the battery runs out. Taking the battery out is not trivial. If you want a Testo, buy a 330. Don't bother with the 300.
