Need drinking this stuff for years and it works. It will give you the energy boost you need for long and good workout. Try not to take it too late at night or you may have trouble sleeping even after a workout. Many different flavors to pick from and they all taste great. Much prefer this over the can style drink.

Before I go to daily gym sessions, I used to drink one energy can drink. I'd go to three supermarkets to see which one had the biggest sale for a can of Monster. And monster it was, because it destroyed a lot of time and my bank balance. Maybe I'm an addict, but what's more important is that I need it to survive in the gym, making the biggest gains in my neighborhood Planet Fitness. I needed to let every suburban housewife and househusband know that this unemployed man, aged approximately in the twenties, works harder than every single one of them combined. But the cost of energy drinks were piling up, and I had to think if I should buy a can of monster, or feel like a loser. Enter this pre-workout. The first time I had it, it made my body parts twitchy, but the second time it didn't feel like that at all. It was "twitchy" enough that I felt it seeping through my body, but not enough for me to feel uncomfortable. Honestly, the ingredients are not something I'm extremely familiar with, and quite frankly the performance "gains" people can get from pre-workout is very small, even if you get the best and the most expensive. Research papers are only show a little percentage of gains, so what's more important is that you stay going to the gym, and work harder than the last time. And these bad boys from C4 definitely does. It tastes like the real canned C4's, and it costed me about 23 dollars for 30 servings. That meant that I didn't have to spend 3 dollars a day, or 90 dollars for the same amount, saving me 67 dollars. That's a huge difference for a person like myself. That cost alone would have led me to give this company the well-esteemed five star rating, but what was even better was that these things did not give me the worst crash or brainfog that other energy drinks did for me. Overall, I highly recommend this, because it works for me. If you're a beginner, get something that makes you pumped (pun intended) and excited to go to the gym. Forget the ingredients (except for caffeine), because if you really think you need the ingredients, it's best to get them separately, and fine tune each ingredient for your body type.

Best pre workout for me, use it ONLY for when you work out and don't exceed the recommendations. I'll always buy this product.
