Very pleased that it came with a spanner and mini screwdriver. The side basket is very handy and has stayed on so far. A little bit unwieldy to manoeuvre with those small wheels. The bottom tray is very sturdy, the top a bit springy (kittens jumping around on it). It does everything I want it to and holds a surprising amount of stuff. I love it. It was easy to put together (took me about 15 minutes alone), and the tools required are provided. The wheels have locks on them, so you don't have to worry about it sliding all over the place, and the magazine rack is really handy.
