Helly Hansen Women's Kirkwall Ii Raincoat

I've been on the hunt for MONTHS for a lavender raincoat and saw this but was worried from the photos that it looked a little stiff and bulky but IT'S NOT, IT'S PERFECT. It's so soft, comfortable, flattering, great length, bright color, love the details on the wrist, fits just right, just love love. I literally just opened it so haven't been outside but the rubbery outer material and known brand quality gives me all the confidence of it being truly waterproof. Gem!!!

I’m 5’4” 165lbs, 40 D bust. I decided to order a XL and the fit was perfect with room for my shoulder & arm's even a long sleeve shirt for warmth. This raincoat has a balanced weight to it. It’s extremely comfortable. The style is beautiful. Not too warm just the right amount to keep you protected from the elements. Great waterproof raincoat.

Hallelujah! It actually IS waterproof. I have tried a sleeping of different raincoats that claim to be waterproof but do not hold up to a downpour. This raincoat is very much waterproof- I stayed bone dry in the pouring rain. It's attractive, fits well (I can wear a sweater underneath without it stretching at the arms). Exactly what a raincoat should be.

I like the quality of this jacket however, the one that was sent to me was slightly different. In the photo advertised, the white letters, HH were advertised in white. However, the one I received had the HH logo in navy blue. I would recommend the company update their photos of the product. This jacket is very comfortable & well made- kept me dry throughout my trip to New Zealand. It is not a thick jacket so you may want to put layer underneath. But the jacket still kept me warm even with a T-shirt underneath. I like that it is lightweight and can be easily rolled up inside a backpack. The color is a true dark, navy blue. I wore this jacket in the rain and it kept me nice and dry. The hood is large, so if you have a lot of hair, it will fit over the top of your head. You could wear this jacket boating, or if you need to stay dry in the city. I like this jacket, however I would’ve liked to have received the jacket with the white logo as opposed to navy blue logo. I also like the tie in the front. This is a great rain jacket that is warm without being bulky. The jacket came down to my thighs. I am 5.9 155 pounds.

The coat is lovely! I love the bright color. The hood is deep enough that my big pony tail doesn’t have to come down. The HH on the hood is not obnoxiously large. I have had a little rub transfer (small black smudges from seatbelts, doors, etc) on the coat from general wear, but other than that, I love it.

Bought due to reviews for its wind and rain resistance. Of course, we have yet to see rain! I did plan to use on my bike commuting both for bad weather and to use as another layer. Love that it’s yellow to stand out on grey days!

Did not get to wear. Snap broke as soon as I unsnapped the second to last snap (from the bottom of the jacket). I still tried it on to check the size (L) and it fit well, combined with a thin zip-up jacket. I think this raincoat may have been better off with a zipper enclosure, instead of snaps, especially with the thin lined rubber fabric. I can’t comment on warmth, but I’m guessing it wouldn’t be great for temps below 50•F.

Lovely raincoat. I wore it in Ireland and Scotland and got much use out of it! It’s great for wind as well. Color and fit were perfect. I’m 130lbs, 5’4 and I bought by true size small. It’s pretty fitted so I recommend sizing up if you prefer to wear larger layers underneath.

Che altro ? Lungo a sufficienza da coprire fondoschiena e cosce dalla pioggia al contrario delle solite giàcchette corte HH forever !

I love the style of this coat and it is fully waterproof but didn’t realise it doesn’t have a zip. Also I expected it to be thicker than it is,not very warm at all sadly.
