To answer your questions you get 100 2-sided. There are no flaps on the pouches to enclose the disc. The very top of the disc will be exposed. I hope this helped.

Cannot tell from the pictures and not in the description, do these sleeves have pre-punched holes on the edge to be able to go into binders? How many?

Holes are 8 cm apart, 5mm in diameter. You can punch them out easily from the perforations.
