Is there a grounding terminal for my project debut turntable?

Yes, there is a grounding terminal on the back near the Phono ports. When you look at the product description, under "Get Connected" you can see the grounding terminal just above one of the Phono ports. If you google "Cambridge Audio AXA35 back" and go to images you can find some higher quality pictures.
