MULO Arena 5000 45 Watt 2.1 Channel Wireless Bluetooth Soundbar (Black)

Basically, I use this Mulo Arena 5000 Sound Bar for listening to Music, especially Indian Classical Music. My search for a suitable sound system is now fruitful with this sound bar.Yes Indeed.Regarding Sound Quality in USB mode_full score,next Bluetooth _ seamless connectivity and sound quality.With aux quality (connected to smartphone) is comparatively average but not disappointing. In some sets it produces humming sound when connected to aux cable, then don't try for replacement because it has several reasons.May be wall socket or other reasons.Just,call the customer care,the engineer will patiently hear and help you ,gave you solution to correcte it.I am much pleased to talk to customer support. Below 5k it is the best deal,no doubt at all.Better than Bolt,F&D,Jebronics and other brands in terms of build quality,sound ,design, price etc. I am an ardent lover of music.Mulo served my purpose,great ! The engineers took great care in design, providing necessary features and accessories.I couldn't resist my to go for it but a small doubt about brand.In fact I dared.Now it proved worthy of my bucks.Happy with the purchase. Thanks to Mulo a lot for providing such a qualitative and punchy bass,nice build quality, Style etc.Even minute instrumental notes are separated while playing music_Woooow!The best budget sound bar under 5k. Delivery by Amazon before scheduled date. Great system for hall of 20 x 20 feet.The system can be certainly neighbour's envy. Hi, music lovers stop your search for this like sound system and go for MuLo Arena 5000 confidently. You will be solely satisfied with the product. I got it on 17th Nov.I tested all features.They are ok matching with product description. One more thing_When connected the sound bar to my LG 32" TV, Mulo turned my room a mini theater. The sub woofer is light weight, but give sufficient loudness and PUNCHY BASS for a hall. I appreciate the engineering team for their great efforts and utmost care in all matters with uncompromising and MAXIMUM Quality. Fulfilled what the company furnished in the description "about the product."

Seeing all the 5 star reviews I ended up buying the soundbar, but I'll have to say I'm somewhat disappointed. While it does sound pretty good, it suffers when it comes to the trebles and the bass. So - 1. The bass sounds somewhat muddy and underpowered, especially noticeable when listening to music. Sure it has the capacity to shake your room with bass if you set it high enough but it will just drown all the other sounds which is definitely not recommended. I had a hard time identifying transients in the basslines of many music tracks I've tried. But for movie watching or stuff like that, it shouldn't matter much. 2. The treble is lacking. They aren't sharp and detailed, and overpowered by the mids. I tried to fix it by setting a eq curve but due to the lack of clarity it felt really flat and unnatural. I found myself struggling to understand dialogues in some movies due to the lack of clear mid highs and highs. In case of music, that lack of clarity takes half the fun away from the music listening experience. Overall, the listening experience is okay at best. After being a user of a pair of cheap F&D speakers (F&D 203G) for a long time I expected a significant upgrade, but it felt like a downgrade in terms of sound quality. Other than that, you get good connectivity, a handy remote which is always good to have. If your only plan is to use it for movie watching or any other similar content consumptions, it's a decent buy I'd say. But if you care about the sound quality like I do, I'd suggest to look for other alternatives. I'd rate it 3.5 stars if I can but I can't, hence the 4 star. Didn't wanted to take away that 0.5 as it's still a pretty good soundbar for an average user.

Based on my 10 days rigorous testing I am writing this detailed review about this budget beast. This is certainly not a sponsored review and is purely based on my experience with this soundbar ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Let's discuss about the Positive aspects: ✔ Build quality is truly commendable. Soundbar looks very attractive and sleek. The subwoofer is made of good quality wood and it looks very sturdy ✔ Vocals are crisp and warm. One can hear every dialogue perfectly while watching Hollywood movies where the background scores tend to overpower the dialogues. A big thumbs up for that. Each and every note and instrument of songs are prominent with a big bombastic bass. For topnotch quality, play music via amazon music and feel the magic. ✔ Treble are bass are perfect. One can change them based on their comfort, but it's well optimized, so nothing to worry about it. Bass is thankfully not overpowering. It gets perfectly blended with the vocals. U can feel the boom thump along with crystal clear dialogue delivery. Loved the optimization. ✔ Lot of equalizer options has been provided like 3d, news, movie, music. Music mode is the best one out of all. So go for that one only. ✔ Theatre effect is noteworthy while watching movies as if we are sitting in a mini hall. ✔ Bluetooth 4.2 provides a good and strong connectivity. I have connected with my firestick for streaming. It's hassle-free and doesn't get disconnected while streaming media. On boot up it just connects automatically. ✔ Most of us will think that it has a total output of just 45 watts (20w soundbar + 25w subwoofer). But believe me it's more than enough for a decent sized Indian living room. U can't reach the full volume, it gets so much loud. My neighbours could also hear what song i am playing at 50% of volume. Those who are complaining about low sound output should seriously get their ears checked. ✔ Remote controller is pretty responsive, but be gentle with it as the build quality is isn't great though. ✔ This is the most cheapest popular 2.1 soundbar in it's category. All the above mentioned positive points u are getting just at a price of Rs. 3700. Full marks for it's budget friendliness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's very hard for me to list out it's drawbacks at this range, but still I managed to pull out some: ✘ No indicators for monitoring the soundbar. We have to depend on the blinking of led lights for increasing or decreasing the volume. Still it's not a major issue once we get used to it. ✘ Less connectivity options. HDMI arc and optical output facilities are missing. We get only aux and bluetooth for connectivity. I can't argue for HDMI arc in this price segment but they could have provided an optical output. ✘ Sound quality through aux port is not upto the mark. It doesn't matter whether u use a high quality gold plated aux cable. Though the vocals are crystal clear but it really destroys the bass thump and cinematic surround experience. So use only bluetooth mode which provides superior sound quality. ✘ The soundbar tends to get heat while playing for a long duration (2-3hrs). But it's common for any electronic device or other soundbars also. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Final verdict: The quality sound u are getting through this soundbar can outcompete several soundbars of 5k plus catergory and even better than some companies like Boat, zebronics, Blaupunkt, motorola, mi, etc. The type of phenomenal premium sound at this price segment is really appreciable. If mulo will provide an optical port in it's upgraded version I am ready to buy it again. Only thing I cannot comment about it's durability, as it has been only 10 days. Let me spent some more time with it and will update if any issues occur. I am posting some sound demos but it's no what near to the majestic sound that we actually hear.

Previous review- At this price I guess this is the best soundbar with a Superamazing Loud Sound ..I saw reviews on YouTube and decided to try this one and I am very happy with this product ... Great Bass due to subwoofer ..I got it for 3700 INR during Amazon Sale Update after 10 months use.. I have not used this speaker in rough way or at very loud sound ... But it has started giving distortion and blown off sounds in initial stage .. it's not even one year of use ... I will try to claim it in warranty ... Let's see if the Company is genuine enough to take care of its customers...

I don't usually write reviews but since this is a great use case for Make in India, I couldn't resist. All the positive reviews are indeed true. Here's my experience. Unboxing: Very easy to setup. The look and feel is great. Mulo has really paid attention to the basics and the overall quality is pleasing. Can't ask for more at the price point. Interface and remote: Was initially surprised that there wasn't a display (assumed there would be one) but the remote is useful and easy enough to handle options. Buttons are a bit clicky but no serious concerns. I liked the touch they added with the 'LUM' button. Pressing it disables the LED, which can come in the way of watching TV. Seamlessly switches between aux and BT mode with no hassle. The only con is the BT range is a little low. I get better reach on my portable Bose which is tiny. Maybe BT 5.0 on next upgrade. Sound: Last but not least, the sound is very good! Im not a technical audiophile and don't quite get the hang of watts and impedances. I'm more of a natural sound lover and having used tons of audio devices from Bose to Intex, I know what the ideal sound is can surely confirm that the sound quality is perfectly balanced and nice to the ears. It will totally turn a medium sized living room to an 'Arena' (BT device name). Mine is roughly 18 x 30 ft. The woofer pumps strong and deep beats at good bass levels but the treble allows the voices to stay on top. These days too many speakers can muffle the vocals and emphasize too much on the beats. Still in the process of burning them as they arrived today but sampled everything from rock to hip hop to melodies and jazz. No real complaints. Tip: you can play with the base/treble level and the eq modes: music, movie and news. Personally I felt that the 3D mode was the best overall go to setting. It gives the best output (sound, spread, balance and power) that Mulo has to offer. To conclude, if you're looking for a quality and value for money soundbar to put in an apartment living room (or even house) or bedroom, go for this without a second thought. Pros: 1. The Soundbar build quality is very good. 2. Good connectivity options with “Bluetooth, USB, AUX and RCA”. 3. Great sound quality with clear vocals, good and balanced bass from Subwoofer even at above medium volume levels. 4. There are 2 ports for “AUX/RCA“ and “Subwoofer cables” on the back of the Soundbar. 5. There are dedicated “power/input mode change and volume control buttons” and “1 USB port” on the side of the Soundbar. 6. The remote control can be used for extended functions such as changing sound modes (3D, movie, music, news) and bass control etc. 7. Wall mounting accessories, AUX and RCA cables are included in the box. 8. The packaging was good with a single box shaped to fit both Soundbar and Subwoofer. Cons: 1. HDMI ARC connectivity would have been better but can’t argue much at this price point. 2. There is “interference” between TV and Soundbar remotes that either of them controlling both TV and Soundbar in unexpected ways. e.g. Changing the Soundbar volume using it’s remote would switch off TV. It’s very annoying and can only be managed by pointing the remote at an angle away from the other device. 3. There is some boom sound when switching off or unplugging the Soundbar. 4. The USB mode can only be used to play songs using a pen drive.

Okay, so this was my first order that I entirely relied on the reviews rather than checking it personally in any store. I'm a big music lover so I'm very particular about enjoying every beat of the music & that can be possible through a good speaker. So, this speaker has seriously lived up to my expectations. Firstly, I was surprised by the delivery time amazon took to get me this product. I ordered this on 3 June & got this on 5 June at my doorsteps. The speaker & the subwoofer are very light in weight & easy to carry, the finish of the product is extremely classy - I loved it. Now coming to pros & cons to simplify it - I tried playing up everything to test as I'm very particular, so I tried slow music, fast, rough music, movies, etc. Based on that here are - Pros - 1. Bass is a killer, it surprised me like anything. It surpassed my expectations. I could feel vibrations in my room due to this at a good volume. 2. Sound clarity is decently good. 3. Remote is good, comes with different modes & functions. Cons - No negative points. I'm writing this after months of use & watching multiple genre contents in this lockdown. It makes you feel like you are watching in a personal theatre. Crystal clear sound & best bass. Overall this is a must-buy recommendation from my side to everyone, I guess this is the best under 5000 soundbar. I have recommended to my friends too. For those who are planning to set up a budgeted personal theatre in a limited space, you can buy this. I bet, you won't be disappointed.

So I received this product today. May be my expectations were high from this soundbar. By in this price range,may be I was over expecting. Now coming to the Mulo soundbar itself. Review Soundbar is good. Clarity is good. It audible within this price range. you wont complain about the soundbar. Subwoofer sounds kind of hollow. Tried all the mode movie,music and news and 3d. Still wasn't impress by the subwoofer ( not for the bass lovers) Remote is functioning good (No batteries are included with the remote) Soundbar system doesn't switch off.it goes into standby mode and need to be shutdown manually. Bluetooth connectivity is 4.2. so only 1 device can be connected at once. I was hoping to connect my phone and my television at the same time. But that's with Bluetooth 5.0. All in all if you are in tight budget. You can think about this one or else. I'll suggest to look for someother brands.
