Miracle Fruit/Berry Plant Synsepalum dulcificum

Was worried about ordering live plants through the mail system, but, these shipped quickly and arrived alive and healthy. They are cute and I am looking forward to growing them. I, also, bought some freeze dried berries before I purchased these live plants, to see if they really worked. They do. Fun. / Following up a little over a year later. Bought these near spring of last year. I personally would not buy again. They require a lot of special care, which I'm not really into. I like easy plants like snake plants or marigolds that just easily thrive. These miracle berries are not that kind of plant. They need a certain humidity level and the acidity of the soil has to be maintained. If you are into giving your plants this kind of attention, then you might enjoy them and, hopefully, will have better luck than I did. I'll stick to buying the freeze dried berries and growing low maintenance plants. I'm not going to remove my original stars, though, because some people might enjoy the time and effort these plants require. They did arrive healthy. I just couldn't maintain the tropical environment they needed.

Disappointed in the size of the plant . i have bought larger $4. Plants from a big box store then this one over price i hope it live

Healthy, 4” tall, well packaged and protected, came with instructions and arrived sooner than expected. Yes it’s small…but I’ve been trying to germinate seeds for a month now is 3 different ways and it’s nearly impossible. Thankful for a successful sprout!

I bought 3 starter plants. I was amazed at how well the plants were packed and the great shape they were in upon arrival. They came with great, easy to understand instructions which includes watering the plants every few days for a couple weeks prior to replanting them in a pot. I replanted mine and they plants are thriving and growing great. First class operation and they provide quality stock of plants.

My friend is an avid gardener and it was her birthday. She had seen a video on youtube about the Magic Miracle Berry. I thought this would be a unique and fun gift. I also bought a sampler bag of the berry itself. It was a big hit. The seedling came nicely packaged and was in excellent shape with directions. Admittedly, it is very small, but as I stated it was in good shape. We live in Zone 9 and it should do well. Be sure you know what zone this little plant requires and know it will take years to produce the berries. The only drawbacks were was that it took a lengthy time to arrive, but was as promised. It is also very expensive for what you get.

I thought this was a live plant but it turns out it was plastic it never grew, never died. What a fool I’ve been watering and babying the plant watering and fertilizer. Only to find out that after two months it’s plastic. Guess the jokes on me

This plant is the first plant I've ever ordered online and delivered by mail. The plant was carefully wrapped and packaged in a tiny box and arrived on time and in healthy condition. Also, with the plant came watering and care directions. I was a little surprised by the size. The plant is about 4-inches tall. I suppose it's a little on the expensive side, but I couldn't find another way to purchase one at the time. Based on this experience, I recommend ordering. Even though I paid almost $20 for the plant, it saved me the trouble of searching for it locally.
