The first was purchased in 2019 - used daily for 8-10 hours - mostly office work on 2 screens. It's really quiet and comfortable for my hand. The scroll wheel started to fail a few days ago - it would back-track a few lines when scrolling, and was getting progressively unreliable. I ordered a replacement for less than $10 and it showed up the next day (must be an Amazon location near me). The new one had what appeared to be a bad left button - it would click but not respond unless I pushed really hard. I turned it off, exercised the button a few times, and turned it back on. It is working normally now. I will buy a spare soon - I'm so comfortable with this mouse that I don't need to try an alternative.
