I have the Weber 2290 22-1/2" Charcoal kettle Rotisserie which is absolutely outstanding. However, I have found the spit forks supplied with the rotisserie kit have some limitations. While most of the time they work just fine for most meats such as chicken and turkey I have found that the 2 prong layout is sometimes inadequate in securely holding some meats as it spins around. For me this is most noticeable with smaller cuts such as small to medium size roast. This after market set has an off set layout with 2 long prongs 3-3/4" apart and then 2 short prongs just 3" apart which I have found holds not only those smaller cuts of meat much more securely but the larger types as well. I have also had success using a single set of these meat forks for cooking 2 chickens together. This set is well made with double chrome coated steel they are very sturdy and will last many years. The thumb screws hold the spit forks rock solid in place and are easily removed when cooking is complete. Priced at just $13.59 I think this set is an excellent value.

My new emeril lagasse air fryer 360 provided skewers for the rotisserie setting but they were small and had too much wiggle that the chicken would always flop during rotation. I found these and decided to try, and they’re great. They work on the same bar, go much deeper into the chicken. They’re sturdy, stainless steel, and make for a much smoother rotation. I only wish there was a better method for tightening on the bar than a little twist knob. My husband has strong finger so no problem, but I struggle to get it secured enough that it doesn’t loosen while cooking (and turning). I do recommend them though. Bit of a pain to store them, they’re sharp and big.

I LOVE rotisserie food. I would do this kind of cooking every day but u can't do that with soup(to big a mess lol). These prongs hold my beef, pork roasts or chicken very well in place and there is no slippage or spillage. The 4 prongs are way better than the 3. Very easy to clean.

These are sturdy and good quality. However? The opening is too narrow and will not fit the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 Rotisserie kit.

WOW, these hooks work excellent. Held a seven pound whole chicken for three hours during the smoking process. Never slipped or moved on the rotisserie spit.

Good price. My rotisserie was made in Australia and I needed a new set of forks to increase the number of items I could cook at the same time. I worried that I may not be able to find the right size forks. These did the job very well

Great value. Well made and fits exactly. Used it many many times and still looks new.

for doing more than one chicken

Looked for these clamps at our local area stores including Home Depot and nope couldn’t find anywhere. So asked my husband to order them and they came fast and I. Time to use them on the BBQ and enjoyed our roast. Thank you very much

Does what it is suppose to do. Would have like the screws bigger to get more torque on them but it is okay
