I clean my face before applying, and put on my moisturizers etc. after I have put them on. By doing so, you are preventing them to fall off easily. If you apply these on clean dry skin, they will stay on until you remove them. Remove after the patch turns milky white, meaning it has absorbed the puss/pimple juice. Use until you don't feel anything when pressing on the pimple. I usually use these between 2-5 days, depending on how severe the pimple is. I change the patches every morning and evening after cleaning my face. I tried nexcare before as well, and felt they don't deliver good results, plus nexcare is thicker and they dont stick so well like these do.
