Wouldn't buy this at full price, but at $83 (cyber monday deal) it is much warmer than the Ikea duvets and looks nice on it's own. I have paired it with a CHOSHOME Plush Shaggy Duvet Cover and it is warm enough to make me sweat in the cold winter temps. It has a nice weight too so it can be used as a form of weighted blanket when it is folded in half. It is going to make a crinkling noise, that's just how these duvet inserts are, but once you cover it the sounds become more muted.

Now I know it's only been one day but I absolutely loved my new down comforter. I know it's down because it has a distinct smell. Not a bad smell but I like it some won't. It immediately fluffed up with a little help and was quite warm, not too warm though. It does have a crinkly sound that appeals to my ears haha. Nerodivergent girly here. All of my down comforters have had the same smell and sound. It's not for everyone but it is for me. However I don't know the longevity of this one ... I saw a lot of reviews saying that it was leaking feathers upon arrival. Mine did not have any leaking yet. But also all the other ones I've ever had do leak some sort of feathers from them. I'm not talking about like pouring on the ground but I'll find one here and there. I'll come back later to do an update on the longevity and see if it does leak like others are saying.

I spent an entire week shivering every night, so I’m incredibly grateful that this comforter arrived yesterday. It was vacuum-sealed and well-packaged, taking up much less space than I expected—yet it’s perfectly thick and warm. Sleeping in a cozy bed truly feels like a blessing. Oh, by the way, if you plan to purchase and use it long-term, I’d recommend buying a duvet cover as well. It helps extend the life of the down comforter and makes cleaning much easier! All in all, this is an excellent product, and I’d give it a full five-star rating! I highly recommend it. However, I did have an unpleasant experience communicating with Amazon customer service—they actually lied to me, claiming the package was damaged during shipping. But when I received it, there wasn’t a single sign of damage! If you encounter any issues during delivery, make sure to personally verify the situation.

Honest to goodness I’ve had this for years now and I’m obsessed. Unfortunately, I will have to purchase another as I rescue elderly animals and one of my rescues I had medical issues not allowing him to hold food down well. I’ll let you figure out why I need to purchase a new one. As for comfort, this is the most comfortable, soft, fluffy slice of cloud heaven I could’ve dreamt of. I would advise strongly to doing proper cleaning techniques but in emergency cases, I have washed this at home. It is absolutely great quality. I’m so sad I cannot use my original one anymore but I will be purchasing another.
