The parts did not fit together perfectly so there was a slight wobble in one or two joints - I'd tightened everything I could. It may have been secure but there are some risks I'd rather not take and I wasn't overwhelmed with a feeling of quality.The height can not be easily adjusted, you have to remove the nut & bolt which you wouldn't really want to do while the TV is mounted on it (you'd be entirely reliant on one of those plastic parts I mentioned to stop the TV from plummeting to the floor).
