You short ADDR pin to Vcc, or GND or SDA or SCL to program board address. You can use maximum 4 of these boards, total 16 single ended channels or 8 differential. See 5th image on Amazon page for these boards or go to Adafruit website for more details. BTW be aware of knock off ICs. Many boards I worked with were advertised and sold as 16 bit but actual board worked as 12-bit only.
