I wear a 38 in the waist. should i order lg or med ?

Lg.I have 33 in waist & wear med.

Do they have a button fly?

Rothco Vintage Paratrooper Cargo Pants do not have a button fly. It is a zipper.Rothco BDU pants do have a button flyhttp://www.amazon.com/Rothco-Pant-Tiger-Stripe-X-Small/dp/B000B8UQ7S/ref=sr_1_19?m=AP0KIESL98WS9&s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1454601056&sr=1-19&keywords=tiger+stripe(the link actually has more sizes than just XS)

I need to know if this pants has zipper or button between the leg?

Zipper fly, just like the originals! The only TRUE test of authenticity now, would be if the came with a small inner pocket (for a small survival kit) inside one of the cargo pockets! That pocket DID have a single button!

Do all colors have the med pouch inner pocket?

Have only bought OD, same thing I wore in Nam.
