I was able to fill my travel mug 3 times. The second batch I made, the little black silicone flap blew out. This device is designed to let the N2 into the carafe and not let it come back out again, but once it blows out, there is nothing to keep the pressure in the carafe. As a result, the pressure (and some coffee) leaks back out around the edges of the N2 cartridge and sprays everywhere and makes a mess. I have tried twice to reach out to the company to ask how to fix this or ask for a replacement cap, but they have not responded. I think the silicone gasket/flap design for keeping the pressure in the carafe is a poor design and an invitation to material failure. The PRO model Is great, works well, takes some tinkering to get the nitro working but once you do it’s super yummy.
