Overall this is a very durable uni and great as an entry level uni. The spindles are cotterless, the seat has heavy duty plastic on the front and back which for falls/learning.Agreed, the seat is uncomfortable. It is the basic Unicycle.com trainer seat which is not intended for long distances. Ended up getting a Kris holm freeride saddle which I think is much softer and better for longer rides.The 26" wheel is larger than the typical 20 or 24" wheel. Not exactly long enough to consider a commuter ( a 29 or 32 or 36 will be best for longer distances over 2+ miles).Overall great uni. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Beginner Unicycle! *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2020* Seat did not come in a polkadot pattern for me, contrary to some other reviews. The unicycle is good for a beginner, but it doesn't take jumps well (as mentioned by Unicycle.com) and the seat gets a bit uncomfortable over time. But overall it feels really solid just riding and I HIGHLY recommend it if you want to upgrade to a bigger wheel for faster cycling but don't want to fork over too much cash. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Quality! *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2018* Very well built.
