Difference between nunchuck and controller

The nunchuck is a different device that plugs into the bottom of the controller. It has its own functions and does different things during certain games. The Wii Remote controller is the primary means of controlling the console and, by and large, I haven’t used the nunchuck in some while.

Will this work for the wii? I have the old wii

Worked on my old wii if that helps.

Can't get them to sync

There is a little red button should be on the bottom of the remotes at the back. There will be a little red one under the flap on the front of the wii, press them at the same time they should flash. Failing that something is wrong with them and you need to contact the seller. Hope this helps.
