## Overview

The GEFU 19060 Rotary Grater features two interchangeable grater drums for fine and coarse grating, a convenient closable storage compartment, and a design that minimizes food waste by allowing direct grating into the storage. Ideal for a variety of ingredients, this grater combines functionality with style.

## Description

Thanks to its two interchangeable drums, the rotary grater is suited for making shavings and fine crumbs. Just put hard cheese, nuts or chocolate into the inlet funnel, and turn the handle. The sophisticated engineering of the rotary grater allowas the almost complete utilization of the material you want to grate while keeping your hands safely away from it and guaranteering odor-free and clean working.

Review: Best rotary cheese grater so far! - It is a very high quality product! Very resilient. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Dishwashable! I purchased two times the big drum cheese grater from Zyliss and both of them cracked the spring crank hinge due to too hard cheeses. And I purchased the Microplane rotary grater and it has a too soft structure - it bends with a hard cheese. And I also have the electric cheese grater from Ariete and it has too many tiny places to cheese remains get hidden and it is not dishwashable. Now I've found my perfect rotary cheese grater: Gefu Pecorino! Two contraries minor points: if the cheese is too hard you may have to put some extra force with your thumb and it can be tiring; and you have to pay attention to mount the crank on the drum accordingly.
Review: Good but not great cheese grater - I have tried many cheese graters, and I end up using this one the most - but the design is somewhat flawed. Its impossible to hold the grater and put sufficient pressure on the cheese at the same time. Also I end up using the course wheel despite preferring the finer grate because it sometimes pops out of the handle. It is well made though.
