Tough 1 Large Rubber Curry Comb

Wow. What a brush! I tried several different dog brushes for my Old English bulldog. He hated every single one. Wouldn’t let me brush him at all. This curry comb? He LOVED it. The hair just kept coming and coming. Short brush strokes for best removal. Super easy to clean. Can’t wait to brush him again!

Works great for de-shedding my shepherd mix! I was amazed by just how much fur went flying as I brushed her with this curry comb. It also works well for getting fur buildup off of dog beds and massaging shampoo into your dogs coat during bath time.

This is the real deal, the same slightly hard rubber curry I used on horses all my life, and now using on a super sized dog. He loved it. Good for bathing a big dog and lots of help shedding out short haired fur quickly.

This Curry comb is really nice I use it on my horse every time I groom the handle is very nice and fits my hand overall this curry is perfect.

Wow. I have never brush my dog, but I didn’t know how important it is. Now my dog loves it. Ps. If you order a different color you can actually get it at 7bucks. Sometimes color changes prices.

Nice well made curry brush

This was just OK for my german shorthaired pointer. I went with this off the recommendation of someone else. Since it's made of silicone it's good at getting some loose fur off the top just because of static cling but since the "bristles" are so wide it doesn't get down deep and also doesn't hold on to the fur well, it just ends up spreading it and causing big clumps of hair to stick to my dog. I then have to get out my lint roller to get all the loose hair that's still stuck to my dog but was at least lifted off by this comb.

This comb is effective! My puppy is mixed (doberman x shepherd or husky) with an interesting double-coated, short-to-medium length fur combo and this comb is great for pulling out loose guard hairs and undercoat without damaging the skin. My pup always has a glossy coat after a grooming session. The size of the comb means that it's probably less effective for smaller breeds. It's great when used in combination with an equigroomer, which I think is a bit more effective at pulling out undercoat -- especially on the legs and hard to reach places -- but is less gentle on the skin and can only be used periodically. Minus one star because the band on the comb is on the thin side, and it tends to twist while I'm brushing -- if I ever need to replace the brush, it will probably be for this reason.

If you have a mastiff or other short hair breed you NEED this brush. I've tried every kind of brush, rubber bristles, the glove brushes, everything. This gets so much hair out with little effort. Just do it outside since the hair doesn't get stuck in the brush.

I wish I had bought one of these years ago!! It brings out the deep down hair against your dogs skin that needs to be removed. My girl doesn't shed near as much as she used to.
