I had a very long trip coming up and needed something to make the journey more enjoyable for my kids (age 5 and 7). Both boys were able to select their own movie and load it in the player and start the movie without assistance from either me or my wife. My niece has the same setup but from a different brand and the menu/control buttons are located on the top right of the players so if you don't have the remote it is very difficult to select anything. These DVD players have all the buttons on the front of the player so most of the time my boys didn't even use their remotes. One time during the trip my oldest couldn't find his remote, but not a problem with these players. I LOVE that either device can be the player and the other can be the slave simply by moving the cable to an alternative port. I also LOVE the fact that the players have rechargeable internal batteries. The DVD player in my wife's vehicle turns off when the switch is turned off....which means no movies during fill ups at the gas station. NOT WITH THESE PLAYERS!!! Refueling is no issues and the players just keep right on playing. My boys plugged their headsets directly into the players, so my wife and I could enjoy our own music, audiobooks, or just converse during the long drive. It is also nice that the players have a little "kickstand" on the back so you can enjoy movies in the hotel room or wherever is convenient. The mounting system is painless and very nice. All in all these are great little players and deliver on everything promised. I would buy them again without hesitation!!!

These are great DVD players. We are very happy with the image quality, sound and memory feature. The remotes are great with easy to understand options fir the kids. We bought these for our two kids who are three years apart and not watching the same DVDs. The controls are easy enough for our four year old to understand and I’m able to use the remote from the front seat to help the younger one. The charge last about five hours running nonstop and flashes a low battery before it cuts off. The kit includes a car charger so it seamlessly keeps playing once plugged in to charge. These DVD players come with everything you need. I am so impressed with all of the accessories it cone with. We’ve used almost all of them at some point. We use the “permanent” mount versus the strap and are very happy with it. I only wish there were separate car chargers like the wall chargers but the car charger is so long it is not really a huge issue, except when the kids are separated. One of the DVD players just stopped working. We had only used it twice since purchasing and it just stopped working completely. Amazon and Wonnie are doing everything they can to make it right. I am beyond impressed with both Amazon and Wonnie’s customer support for this product. Amazon never ceases to amaze me with their amazing support; however, once I got in touch with Wonnie, they have truly been great as well in helping me try to replace the single unit because we still need one and I am so happy with Amazon and this company, I would gladly return to replace the broken one!

These are solid little DVD players, and easy to use. They are a replacement for an older similar style 2 screen player system. The older system was really hard to switch between independent play and shared screen. This Wonnie set is really simple. Either of the players can be the main player determined by which sockets you plug the cord into (Each unit has its own input and output). And there is a big input button on the front of the player to switch between AV in and its own DVD. This would be easy for young kids to operate. The plastic headrest mounts are really stable, and work well for my RAV4. But they are not perfect and are the reason I gave this 4 stars vs. 5: 1) The plastic mounting bracket is semi-permanent, as they attach via 4 screws. It would have been nice if it was some type of cam lock or thumb screws, instead of having to use a screw driver. 2) the thumb screw that attaches the players to the plastic tilt brackets are not "captured"... meaning the screws themselves are not held in place when the DVD players are not attached. They could easily get lost when not using the bracket. That said they are still definitely worth the money to keep the kids quiet for a few hours on the road!

We took this with us on a long road trip for our kids. I love the fact that you can use this in the car and then take it with you as well. It has a nice large screen. Our kids loved the fact that they could watch things together or separate. The 5 hour battery was incredibly convenient as the player didn't turn off every time we had to turn off the car while gassing up. Kids used with headphones and didn't have any issues hearing it or working while driving down the road. Great dimmable features so at night it wasn't so bright. Overall picture quality was good. We only used the strap and not the mounting hardware as of yet, so we aren't sure how well that works or not. The strap worked fine. Pros: internal battery, screen size, picture quality, portability, usability. Cons: None

These worked for about a year then one of them kept saying the CDs that used to work in it were not from the correct region. Within a 1/2 a year one of them wouldn't charge so we could only use it if it was plugged in. The other one is now messing up again for CDs that worked perfectly fine before. When the one started stating an incorrect region message, I tried to find a number to call for support and could not find anything and I also couldn't find any way to contact WONNIE thru their website (Contact us has an Address only). I would not recommend this companies products do to the poor support options.

Our new car did not have the built-in DVD/entertain screens that we had in our old car, so I had to research some options. My criteria were screen size, ease of use (since this is more for our kids), mounting options, and of course, price. This package hit all marks. What I really like is that there are two mounting options for the back of the front seat headrests - one is a firm clamp, and this is the more sturdy of the two. The downside is that it's easier to leave the clamped mounting bracket in place even when the screens are not connected, but I got used to that quickly and don't even notice that they are their (it's more a visual thing). There is also a soft strap mounting option which is only necessary when the screens are in use, but it's not as sturdy. But at least you have options. The screens are easy to use, can be used separately or synched together, and have good battery life so that they don't need to be charged while driving unless you're on a really long road trip. Our longest trips are typically about 6 hours and the screens generally last the entire trip. I only need to recharge them for the return trip, and i can do that from either inside or outside the car. Great buy.

Purchased this item as an alternative to installing a very expensive “in head rest” twin screen system like the factory system we had in the 2017 Explorer we just traded. New 2020 Expedition we bought did not have this feature. This product came well packaged and installation was easy. Mounting brackets seem sturdy enough although the attachment points for the screens don’t look like they are overly strong. Time will tell. Screens are clear. Set up was easy. The look after installation is good. Sound quality is the only place I ding this system. Sound level maxes out at “20” and even that isn’t enough to prevent complaints from my kids. Honestly, the kids have toys that beep, play music and sing songs that are waaaay louder than this DVD system so it isn’t an issue of space vs technology. This product simply has weak, ineffective speakers which is a shame because everything else is just fine. For a fix I used a long audio cable in the headphone jack of one screen, added a headphone jack splitter (split with two female ends) and ran that set up to the third row. This lets two kids in the very back use headphones at the same time and actually hear the audio while the kid in 2nd row can listen through the speaker of the other DVD player or use headphones. I never expected the sound output of this DVD system to compare to the audio in a car system with 10 speakers but I did expect better sound for the price paid. If sound was better I’d have rated this product 5 stars. UPDATE: Product has now lasted 23 months and is used almost every time my kiddos are in the vehicle. Have experienced zero issues with video or audio output, playing various DVDs or in mechanical functionality. NO WAY this would ever compare to the “in headrest” dual DVD system we had in our 2017 Explorer however, this system is getting the job done. The screens and mounts do rattle a bit but have stayed tight. So despite some minor annoyances again, this product has lasted almost 2 yrs.

So I have been waiting to write a review until I have really put it through a couple trials. Those trials have been up and back trips mostly on highway but a few that are on back roads or through mountains. The trips we have done so far are 7 hour trips, 5 hour trips, flying 4 hours internationally then a 3 hour car ride. All of this with a 4 and 2 year old. The mounting system is great and can basically mount on any headrest, quick and simple. Battery life is decent and if you are driving you can just plug it in. We love the fact that they can both watch the same movie at the same time (mirroring screens) or different movies. Add in the head phone jack and it is wonderful quiet bliss so the wife and I can actually have a conversation. I think it is really easy to use and it does have remotes so that is a big plus. It is a little weird how you open the player up to change dvds but it keeps the whole system a lot simpler so I understand why. The one thing I didn’t like is that one out of the two players is a little louder then the other which just worries me that one will stop a lot sooner then the other. The picture is decent for its size and no it is not like a 4 k tv but for the cost and who is going to be watching it, it is perfect for them.

I don't usually write a review in every item i bought online but this one i need to commend and deserve to be. This is Superb DVD player for family Road Trip. This is a must for every family that has kids, very good entertainment for them. The quality of video is very clear, remote control is very simple use that even my 5 & 6 years old kid can operate easily lol. 😊 Screen quality is excelent and it has plastic screen protector. Im looking for dual player DVD so my kids can play their favorite movie seperately. I'm very greatful that i found this one. If you want to connect both of them in one movie you can use the AV in & Av out cable that coonect both. It comes with manual that provides everything you need to know. Overall i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO EVERYONE. My kids enjoyed it very well if there is 10star i provably give it lol.. Great job for this one..

The picture quality is clear and the sound was great! We have only used the remote twice, but it works well.
