He uses his phone as his main secretary in his welding company and as such, most of the 'tough' phones don't hold up long. So far he hasn't even broken the screen, but its definitely not indestructible. I'd have to say its alot better than his damn iphone that costs a boat load more and can break all the same. I do like the version of android it comes with, as it has a decent memory management approach, which keeps it running fast enough for him. We bought him a crappy android device the first go around (cheaper for smashing is better!) but sadly the thing got so slow it wouldn't even respond to touches. Warranty is managed by Quality One Wireless; these people are literally the worst I have seen when it comes to customer service. They regularly lie and misinform to get you off the phone. Don't respond to emails and have been a nightmare to deal with.
