TheraICE Knee Ice Pack Wrap, Knee Brace for Women Men, Compression Sleeve

I love this sleeve!!!!! It was recommended to me by a gym friend (who is also a runner) last year when I was having knee pain during marathon training season. She recommended buying two, but I only purchased one at first because I wanted to make sure that it worked for me. Fast forward a year to the next marathon training season and now I am the one recommending this sleeve to fellow runners who are having knee pain. The sleeve is soft, comfortable, and just the right amount of cold without being painful. I love that I can wear it and move around the house rather than having to sit still with an ice pack. I never had any issues with it slipping down, nor was it too compressive around a painful area. The only down side is that I wish it stayed cold a little longer (which is why my friend recommended getting two). Now I have two of these sleeves, so while I'm wearing one, I can have another one ready to go. This is such a great product. I have a foam roller, massage gun, KT tape, and several topical gels and creams and these cold sleeves are still one of the items that I use the most, particularly for joint pain.

Absolute Aces! I was struggling with my old skool ice pack + ace bandage setup I've used for 20 years. Then I woke up and and accidentally fell into wearable ice pack technology rabbit hole. Found this one as highly reputable, bought 2 and couldn't be more satisfied. Fits super smooth, nice and cold for 10+m (I do 2 back to back), silky and easy to get on/off. Perfect for sitting around, not as much if you're moving a lot. Easy 5/5. I'm likely to buy 2 more so I can I do back/back every other hour and always have a pair ready. Take my money!

Revised... My wife bought one the other day and I used it and was quite happy with it. I then ordered one for myself. Now that I’ve had a chance to use it several times., here are my observations. The fit and quality of the sleeve are great. It fits snuggly and stays in place even when I’m walking. It’s a knee sleeve. What I don’t like about it is the fact that it does not retain the cold temperature for more than maybe 10-15 minutes. That to me is a major disadvantage. If a short cold temp pack is what you want, this is great. But for me, it doesn’t retain its temperature long enough. Note: After trying out another brand (Arctic), both cold packs exhibit the same behavior of providing cold for about 10-15 minutes. So, it is not so much an issue with the pack as it is with the gel. So, I don't really fault TheraIce for this. After now using the pack for several days, I can say that it does the job even if for only 10-15 minutes.

SUPER COLD!!! And Fit as described! I am 5'4, 120lbs I put this thru my thighs to give my hamstrings relief and it did not slide down while standing washing dishes!! Yes very effective and very easy to use. I’m really impressed with how well-made and sturdy this knee therapy sleeve feels. The one-piece design is flexible and stretchy, so it fits comfortably around my knee while still giving me a nice, supportive compression without restricting my movement. What I especially love is how incredibly cold it gets and how long it stays cold. Once chilled, it provides a deep, lasting cooling sensation without the mess or dripping I get from traditional ice packs. I also love that it can be used either directly on my skin or over clothing, which makes it really convenient. The full coverage around my knee is another big plus, and I can use it for cold therapy or warm it up when I want heat instead. The reusable design makes it much more practical than constantly buying or refilling ice packs. With the quality construction, comfortable fit, and long-lasting cold, I feel like I’m getting excellent value from this sleeve.

This fit perfectly and have the ice all the way around my knee feels so good and helps a lot! It last just about 20 minutes. It refreezes in about 2 hours

This is a miracle product... At 0°F this thing is perfectly cold... As a compression sleeve, it applies just the right amount of pressure... Combined -> it really eleviates pain from swelling (I was able to fall right to sleep & wasn't woken up in the middle of the night with knee pain) ...this works so much better than wrapping a bunch of cold packs around my knee! After application, & covering it with a blanket for cold retention -> this thing maintains its chill for about an hour... Unprotected, walking around, & playing table tennis -> it lasts about half an hour... Size wise, the large fits my knee really well (15.5/14/19 inches in circumference) ... It is not too tight & doesn't slide down my leg when walking... There is no way this would fit around my quad & hamstring, but it does fit as an elbow compress... Tip: the logo goes to the side of the knee, with the seam behind... Tip: Follow instructions & freeze this in the provided freezer bag -> the freezer bag prevents humidity from forming ice crystals onto the surface -> this allows it to be used directly on the skin without getting cold burns...

Love the fact they are sleeves and easy to slide on, but they don’t stay cold as long as I would like them to.

I love this! It gets really cold which is great, I only wish it lasted a little longer. But it will be an amazing addition to my travel bag.

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.

Good product, not great quality. I have had this product for a couple of weeks and only used it about 6 times. It’s already leaking jel.
