This supplement is very effective in building and maintaining iron stores. It's not dramatic, so it doesn't give this - WOW i'm doing amazing, but you see the increase if you keep up with the blood work. Will be buying for the foreesable future. The ferritin is working great for me, but it only gets 4 stars because I can't get it in a larger bottle! The 60 count is only a two-week supply for me. Other than that, as part of a diet change and supplement regimen, it fits the bill. I'm feeling great these days!

I take methotrexate weekly for RA. I noticed my hair was falling out. Went got labs and methotrexate has caused my ferritin levels to be very low. Started this product maybe almost a month ago and already noticed my hair is growing back. I take 22 pills a day and this product has not caused any stomach issues at all. Was very pleasantly surprised. Will continue to take this product!
