Cutter piece could be stronger but still does a great job. ### ⭐ Bad product poor customer service *by W***S on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on December 7, 2015* Let me start off by saying I had a poor experience all around. The product arrived the box looked very cheap something I would get from the flea market removed items from the box the pour spout, stopper, and vac looked good no complaints note onto the cork screw. Feels really cheap attempted a dry run just to see difficulty to tie my was it tough. I thought hey maybe it would loosen up a little after a use. So I test it on a bottle of wine foil cutter worked but offered allot of resistance strength to use. No on to why one would by a cork screw. Placement was easy I started to turn the handle bit was it difficult imagine using a wing cork screw with no handle. After one to two turns I noticed the screw wasn't properly centered I continued since that does not effect it use but on the design of this it does handle and screw popped of becoming a weapon. It was terrible to see especially since there was force keeping the handle where it was. I inspected the item and noticed its lack of quality construction first of the screw is not replaceable rendering it useless when this plastic breaks. The screw is only one of two metal parts the other is foil cutters. The reason the handle had so much resistance is it is a non oiled rough plastic to plastic contact which caused the handle to pop off and to be very difficult to turn. I returned since it was broken on one use. Since this is a company just starting I received a plethora of emails on the importance of my satisfaction. I responded letting them know I had returned the product and my issues. First response was may have been defective and attempt another opening to be sure. I would if I could but it was in multiple pieces. Then without a response from me I received another email staying all the positive reviews. What nerve a customer experience is not based off the majority. In short this unit is not someone with weak wrists I would recommend a rabbit leverage or mechanical style still.
