**Q: ill this bit fit the k4 set**
A: Bill, although the HD Drill Guide will fit into your K4 Base, the HD Drill Bit will not fit into your K4 Drill Guide. I believe the K4 Bit & Guide are 3/8", whereas the HD Bit & Guide are 1/2"; but the exact diameters would have to be confirmed. I hope this helps, Greg.

**Q: Will this work with my k5 master system, or do i need to buy more or additional parts?**
A: No, that Heavy-Duty bit makes a larger pocket-hole and needs a larger guide.  You get the larger guide and bit if you get the heavy-duty jig, the KJHD.
