The product just arrived to me yesterday and I installed this morning. I will leave some feedback and thoughts on the installation process. I installed the lock on an out swing wood door and the reader unit on a concrete wall.1. Instructions pretty straight forward.2. Can be installed by a do it yourselfer. Would not recommend an amateur or someone that can't read a diagram or schematics give it a try.3. Allow at least 4 hours to do a completed installation.4. Will need drill, screwdriver, wire and some other miscellaneous items.5. You will need to obtain a box to install the exit switch.6. I suggest you also purchase a back up power supply in case of power failure. The lock will dis-engage when power is lost.7.
