But I have to say that when a company responds to a customer that is upset less them 24 hours after writing a them learning of the issue , that right there is amazing customer service. a manager by the name of Edwin reached out. The way he handled the situation was great. He apologized and give me some good information about the glasses and blue light. I appreciated the time taken out to contact me. There needs to be more people like Edwin selling on Amazon. Some just dont care but he , he wants the customer to be happy get exactly what they were expecting. For about $10 extra, pretty disappointed.
