Quick and easy install with some clamps
Just piggy backed off of what other reviewers have done. Get some clamps and jerry rig it together, saves time and makes the install easier. The headrest itself seems well built and supports your head and neck well. Mesh is pretty firm and has very little give. Its money well spent so far. Only negative, its the headrest adjustment isnt that smooth for incremental adjustments. But i dont plan on using that feature month. The headrest pivot adjustment is dependent on how tight the bolt on the pivot is. Its works pretty well. Overall I would recommend it to others looking to modify their chiars for their needs

Perfect for random computer chair
I got this yesterday in the hope that it would fit a computer chair that is not designed to have a headrest, and it worked perfectly! I found two nuts that fit on the provided screws, drilled two holes in the chair, and done! 10 minutes. If you buy it as a universal headrest, make sure your chair has a place where you can drill the wholes PROS: - very cheap - fits the design of any black mesh chair - adjustable in height and tilt - as comfortable as expected CONS: - you have to drill your own holes if your chair doesn't have them - you need to find two nuts (it would be nice if they included them) All in all, a great buy for my improvisation.

Fits on alera elusion without issue
I bought this to pair with my alera elusion for some additional head support and it's been great. It fit onto my chair without any sort of different bolts and feels very well constructed. The adjustability is ok. It slides up and down and pivots its angle but I wish it moved forward and backward as it sticks out rather far on my chair and that can be kinda weird. The slide up and down isn't very snug so it'll slide down on you pretty often.

Great generic headrest that can be added to lots of chair. Aeron chair works great with two clamps.
Great overall, cheap and comfortable headrest. Highly recommend as an add on for Aeron chairs. MUCH cheaper than the other aftermarket headrests and does a very decent job. I was able to use two of these clamps: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018RLY6B2 and used 1/4" x 20 threads screws and a few washers to get the spacing correct. Note that this headrest provides two 1/4" x 22 threads screws, which did not work with the clamp I bought. Simple to fix though as 1/4" x 20 threads screws are about as generic as you can get and can be picked up at any big box store.

Mesh is to lose
The mesh was so loose it was unusable. I took the thing apart and re did the staples to make it tighter. It's much better, but still has a lot of give and that's due to the quality of fabric being used. A low rating as one should not have to disassemble a new product in order to make it functional. I was able to retro fit this on to my sidiz chair. Its one of the only ones that has a curve in the attachment points so the fit was actually really good.

Great purchase: it works very well on a Quantum 9000
I paid only 35 for this headrest and looks/feel amazing. Let me say this headrest is not compatible with a Quantum 9000 out of the box but it is very easy to adapt and let it fit perfectly. My 12 y/old son made the work by himself. He's handy though. He removed the placeholder from back of the chair unscrewing the only screw (it's not easy to do that you need to use an "L" screwdriver because the space is tight and be careful not to damage the net). Then just use a lever and pop up the placeholder. You can now insert the headrest neck to the hole. Take the measures and gently drill two holes (diameter has to be less than the screws you will use and please do not go through the chair frame...first mark where to drill and make pilot holes. Do not use the screws you get with the headrest. Use self-tapping or at least self-drilling screws (that's why a pilot hole is necessary). Hand tight!

So far so good. I think that every chair should come with ...
Works on any chair, if you use my technique. Buy 2 clamps. I used these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018RLY6B2/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_9 The headrest comes with screws already. Screw the headrest into the c-clamps. Then clamp the headrest on any chair. I have it on a WorkPro 2 and this combo works for me. So far so good. I think that every chair should come with a headrest esp if the price is over 500. I can't believe that the only other clamp-on-headrest is sold by herman miller and is half the cost of most other chairs. What a joke. Only problem with this headrest is that you cannot push it forward or backward. To adjust the distance horizontally. But with the tilt function, it does compensate, plus with the c-clamps you could tilt it at any angle, and should allow for horizontal adjustments to a certain degree. I am giving 5 stars because the price is right and it works even when used in this jerry rigged manner. But it looks stock, and works great so cant complain.

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT! BUT NOT WITH THE C CLAMPS!
You may have read people buying c clamps with this product to have the headrest attached to the chair. I have an Aeron Herman Miller, and ordered the C clamps with this product because I did not want to go under the burden of making an assembly with tarp hooks. I received the clamps and THEY ARE NOT STABLE (at least with aeron), they move around and the headrest goes back and forth when you rest your head. If you have an ergonomic chair, or at least care about your spine, you should know that you have to put your back into an ergonomic chair for it to support your back. If you use the clamps it has to get attached to the top of your chair which does not provide a great grasp for the clamps (i.e., the c clamps are not wide enough to grab both upper and lower part of the top part of Aeron.). INSTEAD, I used the tarp hook method with lots of plastic washers to protect the chair, and IT IS STEADY AS A ROCK. give it a try, it's also cheaper. It may take 20 minutes to build. Also, the screws that come with this product is not 1/4, I don't know what they are. I bought a second pair of 1/4 machine screws that would go with 1/4 nuts. SEE VIDEO

UK buyers beware - the vendor is based in the USA.
If you are in the UK, please do not purchase this item. If it doesn't fit you will be forced to ship it back to America at great expense to yourself.

The perfect headrest for my Proline II ProGrid High Back Chair.

Sturdy, high quality comfortable headrest
This is a high quality headrest. Nice build quality its not flimsy at all and is perfect for adding to a chair that doesnt have a headrest that is if you are okay with drilling holes in the back of the chair if so, this product will work the best. There isnt a headrest for headrest-less chairs on the market like this one, all other ones are too short or the mechanism is too weak/flimsy to compensate for the weight of the headpiece unlike this one.
