Enjoy a digital display that shows the actual cooking and food temperatures. The digital encoder knob rotates to select parameters. Automatically change cooking temp based on food temp or a time delay. Finally, choose up to 12 parameters with a large, handy cheat sheet on the back with reminders for what each one does! Set your cooking temperature, and step back as it regulates the cooking temperature just like the oven in your kitchen. It actually does a better job of regulating the cooking temperature than most kitchen ovens! And to add to the magic, your foods cook in a smoky environment that is naturally moist, so your output stays juicy, fall-off-the-bone tender, and nothing short of the pinnacle of deliciousness. The IQ120 adapter kit reaches temperatures between the ranges of 150 degrees Fahrenheit to 400 degrees Fahrenheit , and is installed on most medium kamados without any tools whatsoever. First, the adjustable adapter slides into the lower vent door track. Next, simply connect the air hose to the adapter. Then, the temperature sensor is attached to the cooking grate, and finally plugged into the IQ120. Once that is finished, all that is left is to decide what amazing plate you are going to cook first!
