This is an excellent desktop organizer! It is functional and beautiful! Unfortunately the first one arrived damaged. Worse, the shipping box is pristine which means the damage was done somewhere else then shipped. Amazon is shipping a new one, fingers crossed!!***UPDATE***The replacement came and it has the same type of damage as the first only it was worse than the first!!!When you buy a Dacasso product you spend a lot of money and it's fair to expect a superior product. The damage is predictable all day long because of its design. The solution is so obvious that it's absence defies logic. If you order their products, buyer beware!I've included 3 new photos and reduced my rating. What a shame, I really wanted to love this organizer.I advise you NOT to buy this. See my desk pad review to complete the indictment of the Dacasso shipping department.
