A stretch watch band is also hard for me to manipulate. But THIS one is perfect. Put it over my wrist and push down. It goes right over my wrist. It does not slide around - stays put, seems to be durable (so far). Is feminine in style and looks far more expensive than it was! Best solution to my arthritic fingers than I have found.
