Works great keeps raccoons out of backyard

We live in northern WI in a heavily wooded area. Installed these about 4 yrs ago when we setup a pasture for horses. Before the lights, we were hosting bears and coyotes. Since installing, no coyotes in the pasture and no more bear signs. Birds feeders haven't been torn down, no garbage strewn about. Friends laughed about our lights in the beginning but after years of no unwanted activity, that's all I need to prove that they are effective. We do clear off snow when checking fence lines during the winter, even in severe cold (-20) they are working, we've never taken them in. Recently, dark in early morning, the horses were all worked up, something was outside the pasture but close enough that they felt it was a threat. I went out to take a look and sure enough the light was not blinking, the solar panel had become oxidized with a white film, took out my knife and scraped it off. After it had time to charge it was blinking again but bought more so I can replace them as needed.

Have been using these for a few years. I think they work great because I have not had a skunk problem and my neighborhood is "famous" for skunks!

There have not kept the deer out of the garden!

Received product day ago. One works the other looks like it was already used and doesn’t work at all.

The BEST out there! Don't fall for the cheaper ones. I've had my first pair for 5 years now and not one issue! I tried a cheaper kind and they came on with too much daylight left so they'd be dead in 2 days! This Nite Guard brand is the BEST! They stay charged a long time if where they sit they don't get a lot of light. Don't go cheap!!

I works for years. This actually has kept the racoons away from our pond and keeps working more than five years after we purchased it . Since then, we have gotten another 4 of them !
