Shades run a tad dark - Ivory shade may not work for very pale folks - I’ve used CG products for years, including Simply Powder Foundation in Ivory. I wanted to try out the AquaSmooth in Ivory since I’m aging, and powder foundations look too dry sometimes. It’s a surprisingly great cream makeup for the price! True to its “aqua” name, it feels a bit wet/cool when first applied, but quickly dries to very light and natural finish. This stuff truly just feels like my own skin, no heavy cakey crap at all. Glides over fine lines, and lasts all day. Would work for oily skin, which mine still is sometimes. I would describe the coverage as light to medium, depending how much is applied. Note about CG foundations, they tend to run a bit dark. I have warm-toned skin and in other brands I usually wear the 3rd or 4th lightest shade (think “buff,” “sand,” “light beige”). However, with CG AquaSmooth, Ivory is the lightest shade available and it works for me. It is perhaps a *tad* too light, but just a tad. And I’d rather have that, than a yellow or orange line on my neck where the foundation ends!
