You have to be careful when you first start using these because when you arent familiar with the thickness of a single bag it's really easy to accidentally use 2 at a time. ALSO, because they melt quickly. Which is good when it hits your good, but not good at all if it bursts on your tongue. Lol. My advice is stick with it because after a few weeks it was the best method of dosage I've found for my kratom. I've been using them for about a year and I pack about 4ish grams (I dont really measure the weight with a scale anymore) of powder into a bag using the cardboard insert included with the bags, pack it down as best I can by knocking the bottom of the cardboard on a table much like you would pack a cigarette, then I use a finger to pack it it down a bit further, then i fold one side, then the other, then when I fold the remaining corner down over the rest, dip my finger in my water and quickly use that moisture to close the bag. Then I lay the bag on my tongue with the pointy end toward my throat and chase it down with water as quickly as possible with big gulps. Sorry if that's a ridiculously long explanation, but it will just come to you the more you use them. If you require a larger dose. This is the best way to go. But it's mostly trial and error for a week or 2 till you figure it out. You'll probably cough up powder a few times before you figure it out, but it's much cheaper than using gel capsules, and much less disgusting than toss-and-wash method. **Q: Do these contain carbohydrates?** A: Yes, they contain 0.08 g of total carbohydrate per one piece. **Q: Will this work with a teaspoon of wet yellow mustard?** A: Hi Eileen! Unfortunately it will not due to the fact that the mustard is water-based. But if you were to take dry mustard powder, or an oil-based liquid product, it would work. I hope this helps!
