Neither is the lumber pillow TBH.However, it is comfortable, my only wish is that the height of the chair was an extra 5 to 10cm. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Poor Quality within a life span of 8 months *by A***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 September 2020* I got this wonderful looking chair last November 2019, and 8 months later i started to have problems. For its price you would have expected it to last longer than just 8 months. I got this chair as a gaming chair and office chair because of the amount of time I spend in front of a Monitor. At Six months the neck pillow started to crack, at 8 months the whole chair felt rocky. I have moved home and its got worse. now it feels as though the base has broken and wheels are missing, which they are not, but the chair moves from side to side and back and forth even when it is locked into position where is should not rock.I got the chair as it stated that it is designed for people up to 200kg, but i am at least half that weight and yet the so called 800kg base seems to be broken. I am still under warranty but some how I do not expect them to replace the faulty chair.Its 10 months later and the chair is unusable and has ended up causing me lower back pain due to the movement in the chair.
