Die zwei Sterne gibts für die Leuchtkraft. Da enden die positiven Merkmale aber auch schon.In keinem Winkel ist die Lampe blendfrei. Andere Verkehrsteilnehmer werden immer geblendet, selbst mit niedrigster Leuchtstärkeeinstellung und maximalem Abblendwinkel. Ist vielleicht was für allein im Wald oder Berg, aber auf der Straße bzw. in der Stadt hat diese Lampe nichts zu suchen.Der Haltemechanismus sieht erstmal gut durchdacht aus, erweist sich aber als unbrauchbar. Lässt sich nicht richtig festzurren da man mit der Hand an einer Lasche ziehen muss und er nicht mit einer Schraube angezogen wird.Sie ist auch nicht besonders sauber verarbeitet. Das stört schon bei dem Preis.

A lot of bike light make you choose between being seen and seeing and the F-500 light gives you options!  Perfect for my urban commutes (although a bit heavy).  I also mounted it on my off-road machine for a bit of a niht trek and it kept me on the path I wanted.  Word to the wise though - it gets pretty hot it you leave it on the high beam for a long while.
