This is something I keep coming back to. Completely irritation free and helps me keep my eyelids and lashes clean.

Makes a nice difference to my eyes after just a couple of uses. Great for getting rid of flakes, and helps clear up a little of the redness. More effective than an eye-bath product, although you could use in conjuction with one to boost the cleaning effects, I guess.

Bought for my husband who has been diagnosed with blepharitis. This seems to have given him relief from the scratchy feelings he has reported. He uses it twice a day, alongside GP prescribed eye drops and his eyelids certainly look far less red and sore. He intends to order more and use continually from now on to prevent flare-ups.

My eyes get a bit sticky with blurred vision from time to time and this is no hassle way to sort it. It is really strong so a tiny amount is all that I need, my eyes felt really dry when I used a lot of it initially.

This is an amazing product, it has really helped by Bletheritis. I would recommend it to anyone with dry, sore eyes.

I have used ocusoft for 19 months after trying several eye solution for my bletharities and found it to be the most helpful, although it is more expensive.

Bought this for my boyfriend as he has rather bad eczema around and on his eyelids. A few forums I'd read had people recommending this as a gentle cleanser to help reduce the redness of the eczema and help healing. On his eyes, it did indeed lessen the redness of the eczema, but as the day went on his eyes just got worse afterwards... more of a personal thing rather than a flaw of the product as his eczema has been having that effect with everything we try recently. I now use it to get very dark eye-makeup off after a night out as I have sensitive skin and majority of cleansers sting the skin around my eyes, make up wipes are too rough and irritate my skin and eye-makeup remover is the worse of the lot for me. This, however, removes my eyeliners and mascaras and eyeshadows with no trouble and is gentle enough to not irritate my eyes. Overall, a good product for removing makeup and it does calm down redness of eczema but due to personal factors it just didn't do the trick for us.

So far, it helps wash away dirt from my eyelashes but maybe my eyelids are just not moist enough, they’re flaky sometimes. They keep coming back.

Recommended to me by my optometrist to help with corneal ulcer reoccurrence. After use it makes the eye area lovely and soft. Certainly worth it.

Best kept secret in eye hygiene! I started using this after much research on recurrent styes. Optometrist was no help, said it was due to "aging" and use a hot compress for as many times per day as it took for 10 minutes per time. This went on for over a year with 2 periods when I got stye after stye for months. I suspect this is a perimenopause issue at the root given my age and other changes; it has been resolved for over a year now with no styes using this at least once a day after a 10 minutes hot compress in the morning. At night as well if I've used eye makeup. I also feel like it's helped with my dry eye although that could also be the consistent use of the hot compress. Definitely read the directions and wash your eyes after the hot compress. When I was using this before the hot compress it was not nearly as effective.
