Perfect pasta for "adult" Spaghetti Os
I have purchased this pasta a few times and absolutely love it for making "adult" spaghetti-os. I've had a hard time finding anellini pasta in store, so I have to order it through amazon or similar. I always check the date on the package when I receive it, and have not received a past date product so far. The pasta cooks evenly with great texture and would be a fun addition to any soups or stews!

Makes the best Spaghetti-Os ever! Love, love, love this pasta!
Bought this pasta to make homemade Spaghetti-Os. Because the Os have a denser texture than what I’m used to, I was surprised by the 15 minute cook time for it to reach al dente. Actually it took 16 minutes to reach the al dente texture my family likes. Be aware that the pasta may not be done to your al dente likeness in 15 minutes. Makes delicious homemade Soaghetti-Os and the balance between the pasta and sauce just perfect. I just bought another bag. A little pricey but it’s imported from Italy. What can I say except you get what you pay for.

Right size and flavor
I tried to make home made spaghetti-I-os. Yeah not so good the first try. But these noodles are the right size and flavor. Have enough for two tries then I’ll order more. Keeping on hand

New Noodle Shape!
I had never seen these before I until at a friend's house and I could not get over the novelty of them. I ended up using them for chicken soup and they were great. Who doesnt love different pasta shapes?! They do take a bit longer to cook but overall they are now one of my favorite noodles
