Wow! I was skeptical but I tried it and I loved! One of the smooth shaves I have in a long time and at an affordable price! I should have gotten two! The handle has some weight and fit comfortably in my hands and hopefully yours. The razor itself is 4 blade and it helps with my razor bump. There was no need to apply pressure and it glide over any small bumps I had to remove the tiny ingrown hairs. My skin now looks smooth and feels smooth. I would recommend this razor if your were curious and wanting to try it. I think you will be surprise how good it is.

100% Recommend for guys with a thick beard growth or thick facial hair. 4 blades cuts sooo much better, easier and stays sharp longer than a 5 blade that gets clogged up fast. By better I mean closer more complete shave without going over tight spots several times. I bought these on a whim and couldn't be happier.

I bought these to replace my Dollar Shave Club (DSC) executive blade subscription ($10 for 4 stainless steel, 6-blade cartridges a month) with the price increase on DSC. This was definitely the cheaper option, but I realize it was more comparable to the DSC 4X blades (I have used both executive and the 4x from DSC). The BIC Flex 4 was still cheaper by $2 compared to the DSC 4X blades. Overall, I find the blades to be more suitable for trimming my sideburns and mustache. The aloe stripe is not as smoothing compared to my DSC executive blades and doesn't feel like it cuts deep and clean like the DSC executive blades. I would say this is more like a 4X alternative. It used to be cheaper going on a DSC plan, but the BIC Flex 4 is just as good with a cheaper price. The DSC 4X is $7 while the BIC Flex 4 is $5. You get a new razor handle each time you purchase the product unlike other places which gives you replaceable blades. I really do wish BIC allowed use to just go buy cartridges as this would be more environmentally friendly and less wasteful just trashing a perfectly fine razor handle. Pro: Affordable, Comparable to the DSC 4X, Trustable global brand, Good for a good trim Cons: Cartridges are not sold separately from the handle, aloe strip was not as smoothing, good for 3-4 light uses or 1-2 heavy use.

These razors provide a great shave -- I was using their fixed handle disposables, then I found these refillables. Nice because I am not loading some landfill with extra plastic. Good price, feels sturdy, give a really close shave. All positives. Best thing I have found is that these will give me a great shave for a long time on the same blade.

The shave is great but the blade keeps falling off handle

Shave is good but hair is extremely difficult to rinse out of the blades. I'm finally done trying, shaving my head takes way too long with this Flex 4. It's a poor design, water can't reach the back of the blades to clear out the hair.

They work very well and the price is good. I’ve tried the 5 blade ones and these seem a bit better.

Great for a smooth shave and did not have a problem with my sensitive skin, used along with baby oil and got zero ingrown hairs too. Will repurchase!
