Good filament. Great colors
Every print has come out, looking great with this filament. Highly recommended and I will buy it again. Good value here for a quality product.

Great glow
Holds glow longer the the multicolor. Prints decent, would print heavier on infill due to being more fragile then regular Pla

FAVORITE, high-quality rainbow filament!
We have ordered and reordered filament NUMEROUS times as it is my FAVORITE rainbow filament. When you have the correct settings for you printer AND have the bed calibrated and leveled correctly, this filament prints BEAUTIFULLY! Printing in a Bambu labs P1S with AMS unit.

Love the colors, but filament needs to be rolled better
These filaments make the models look amazing. But a few of our spools have come not rolled very well and the filament will break in the middle of a print because it gets stuck due to not being rolled right and we have to take the spool off and unroll a bunch of it and re-roll it so that it won't get stuck. But would order again just because the models turn out great with the colors.

Great filament for the money.
Used in a flash forge 3m pro machine. Works perfect, love the translucence, color changes are great with very little stringing.

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Very brittle and breaks easy
***editting again because every time I try to use this crap I hate it even more. I didn’t want to be wasteful but at this point it’s more of a hassle. I’m up at 1 am cleaning little broken filament pieces out of my tubing and my hot end because it’s such crap. The pics are from 8/1 when the brown decided to break and clog up my whole printer. I hate this stuff!!!!*** ***editting because I’m just so frustrated that I’m going to throw all this filament away and since it’s past the return window I’m just throwing away money**** This filament breaks SO much that it’s constantly breaking even when trying to extrude it. I’ve had to disassemble my printers and pull out every broken bit so many times because it just breaks so much. In my Anycubic printers with tubing, it breaks in the tubing. In my creality printers it breaks mid print and I can’t even trust to leave it unsupervised. It breaks in small pieces getting stuck in the extruded and causing me to have to disassemble my extruded and fish out tiny half inch pieces that are blocking the other mechanisms. This filament is a good price but it snaps really easy. Like mid print it has snapped off on me. It is frustrating too because then I have to babysit the machine until the filament gets to the extruder so I can add new filament to the print. I’m past my return window but will not be buying this again.

Doesn't adhere well, color mixture is hit or miss
I bought the silk, shiny black/red double color filament. I hadn't ever tried two-color filament like this - instead of switching back and forth between colors, the filament is half-red, half black for the entire length of the spool. So when I spotted this on sale, I decided to give it a try. As far as color goes, the results were, well, mixed (pun intended). I printed a 20mm cube, and the four walls were four different colors, with each being a pretty solid shade between dark/burnt brown and a maroon-ish red. I thought it was interesting that each side had a solid but different color - I still haven't quite worked out the physics of how that managed to happen, and thought it would be a little more random. A long rectangular item I printed with a single-layer bottom had strips across the bottom area. A 10mm cylindrically shaped item my wife printed seemed to again have a relatively regular pattern of colors similar to my cube, but my wife's comment about the darker areas was "it looks burnt", which isn't great as she was printing a hobbyist item to sell to other members of a club she belongs to. To be fair, the colors shown on the product page aren't too far off from what we're getting, thought reds are not quite so bright as the reds they show. But somehow the colors don't seem quite as alluring "in person." So colors are a mixed bag, both with patterns you get (expected) and the fact that the darker colors aren't that aesthetically pleasing. But my biggest complaint is bed adhesion - or I should say, lack thereof. I have and Ender 3v2 with auto bed leveling and a textured glass bed, and printed this filament at 215 degC with 60 degC bed. I have a lot of different PLA filament brands and colors (like 20 rolls sitting in my cabinet), and virtually never get print failures, other than sometimes for VERY small items (e.g., 2mmx2mm) if I try to print them with only a skirt. But I have had one roll from a different vender that gave me fits before, and now I have this one from MIKA3D. When printing relatively small items (e.g., 10mm x 10mm), I get something like 50% print failures, even after wiping down my bed with alcohol. This filament seems to work better for larger prints, though I did have one slender 200mm x 4mm long rectangle-ish print that lifted up on one end and was unusable. NOTE: Other types of print beds may give different results. So in summary, I'll definitely use this roll of filament, but the colors don't seem as pleasing as I'd hoped, and the print failures I've gotten make me want to use this filament only for larger items while closely watching the first layer.

First of all I have to say we (me and my 10yo son, are pretty new to 3D printing. We are using an Ender 3 S-1 printer. We have printed about 25 to 30 projects before using the MIKA3D filaments. We bough the 12 bright silk colors box. My son wanted to try printing small toys and gidgets of different colors and we thought this pack woul be a great choice. The colors are great, pretty bright and vivid. We had absolutely no problem using the usual 200 nozzle/60 bed configuation. We made sure the bed was levelled. By the way....just make sure you perform your Z axis and Z offset when your nozzle and bed are at required temperature. The prints came out perfectly and with all the details. We had not adherence problem at all, even with small parts not having a brim. So as our experience is limited, I can't compare with many others........but they really perfomeed as well as the more expensive filaments we are using. I will reorder different colors....and we are eager to try a fluorescent and a light in the dark filament from MIKA3D!
