This elliptical came well packed in all the bearing surfaces. For the cost, you honestly can’t beat it. The instructions were very easy to follow and all of the required tools were included. If assembled well, it works like a charm - no creaks or sound and has enough resistance to sweat you in 20-30 minutes.Foot pedals are nice and wide and long, I'm 5'2" and my husband is 6'2" and it was comfortable for both of us. No weird noises. It is not that loud at all. It makes a fairly quiet humming sound.-I made it a part of my of my daily routine. I'm saving money from canceling my gym membership.CONS:-You can't go hard like you can with the industrial strength ones at the gym. But what I really like is there is no jarring or strain to my feet and legs when jogging on this.This elliptical is surprisingly strong, most of the parts are metal, not plastic. You can feel the quality as you are putting it together and as you use it. When pulling the arms or running, it doesn't shake at all.
