The company agreed to an exchange even though I was outside of the date range as specified in the T&Cs. I was really impressed with the personal service and the quality of the product (SUNPIPE 230mm). I swapped the 300mm for a 230mm product as the dimension related to the diameter of the pipe within the Sunpipe. The Skylight that sits on top of the roof is a bit larger. Double check dimensions before ordering.

**Q: How much does the sun pipe exstend**
A: The sunpipe kit comes complete with 1no. standard 24" extension pipe which can be cut down to size if it is too long.  If you require additional extension pipes then these are purchasable.  Please note that the more extensions added then the less light which will be transmitted.

**Q: Can you use these on external side walls? Instead of roofs**
