Like the other reviewer, my brushes wore down which fried the motor, but I shipped it off to Arbortech and they fixed it and sent it back immediately. The tech there (Brian- a really nice guy and easy to talk to) sent extra brushes and explained to me how to check them. It's pretty simple and I'll have no problem doing it in the future.It's a tool that needs to be maintained - you HAVE to give it a drop of oil every 15 minutes and apparently check the brushes after a couple months of heavy use, but it is really fun and easy to just pick up and start using. The chisels that are included as well as others that Arbortech sells are TERRIBLE. They are very poorly ground and do not hold an edge. They ruined the potential of this tool by going cheap on the chisels.Additionally, the machine heats up quickly and the brushes will burn out if you use the machine for too long. At this extremely high price point, that shouldn't happen.I'd rate the machine a 6 out of 10 (needs considerable improvement), and the accompanying chisels a fat zero.
