I’ve only been using this shampoo for a short time, so it’s still too early to speak on long-term hair growth results, but so far I like it. A little goes a long way, it lathers well, and the bottle should last a while. I appreciate the ingredients like biotin and saw palmetto, and it feels like a good addition to a hair care routine. Results are still TBD, but first impressions are positive.

This company is legit. They are not scammy like many other hair product companies. They do a lot of research and are very science based. I have been using their products for years. This review is on the dht shampoo. It works really nicely and is a compliment to a good hair care routine. Do not rely on this alone. This product is gentle and cleanses great, it does not dry your scalp. Highly recommended.

I already use this companies products, I've recently started to use their rosemary topical solution that truly started helping me. So I figured why not use their shampoo? Now, is this a clarifying shampoo? It's not, because it's safe to use everyday. Does it clean your scalp like a clarifying shampoo? Yes it does But, it does not strip your hair of the essentials, it also doesn't dry your scalp and hair out, because for me it has left my hair soft each time to the point where I don't need conditioner at all. I follow the instructions as they say cover your hair first with the shampoo, leave for a minute, wash off, then use again and rub onto the scalp. Since using this shampoo, my hair is not only much thicker, but also darker, and more importantly my scalp stopped itching from the hard water when showering. This with the rosemary topical that they offer has really made a difference within my hair growth. However, as I said in another review of the rosemary topical, find out why you are losing hair before wasting your money on products. This company is amazing and they really care, and they also don't want you to waste your money, which is why they offer free consultation to find out what kind of hair lose you have. After using Advanced Trichology products for almost two years, and especially in the last four months while improving my diet and exercising more, I’ve started to see some positive results. However, there’s a major issue that keeps happening and it’s causing more harm than good. Far too often, the shampoo arrives coagulated—thick like hair gel. Customer service always tells me to shake it or add water, but that doesn’t help. When you try to apply it, it just slides out of your hands and down the drain. That’s incredibly frustrating when the product costs nearly \$40 per bottle. I’m on low income and buying this every month is a huge investment for me. Wasting any amount of it really hurts. Even worse, I’ve noticed that whenever I receive one of these coagulated bottles, it damages my hair. It becomes straw-like, fragile, and brittle—completely opposite of what’s intended. I suspect it’s because the essential oils become too concentrated when the formula thickens like that. I appreciate that the company doesn’t use harmful preservatives and I support that choice. But if that leads to a product that shows up in a damaged state and causes hair to break, then something needs to change. This has happened multiple times over the past two years, and it’s become a pattern. In the last two months alone, both bottles I received were coagulated, and my hair has been breaking constantly. That’s disheartening when you’re trying to heal and regrow your hair. It even makes me want to wear a hat again, which defeats the purpose of using these products. On top of that, the anxiety I feel while waiting for a shipment—worrying that it might arrive unusable—has a real impact. That kind of stress can trigger hair loss all over again. No one should have to live in fear that a product they rely on for healing might make things worse. Especially not someone investing in their wellness every month on a tight budget. I want to believe in this company because the formulas do seem to have potential when they arrive as intended. But at this point, I cannot fully recommend this company or its products until quality control improves. I shouldn't be receiving coagulated bottles or waiting up to two weeks for something I depend on regularly.

My hair started falling out at the first use of this shampoo. It has continued to fall out with every wash. I kept thinking the fall out would stop, so I kept using it. My scalp, which was healthy per my stylist is now scabbing. On top of all of that, my hair is now oily. It is going in the garbage today. I saw in someone's review they mentioned they might be allergic to a botanical in the shampoo.

I’ve been using this since 2021. That’s 4 years. It works but it’s one component of a well rounded protocol I have. I use the conditioner + other conditioners. those who complain this doesn’t leave their hair soft enough, that’s not its job… from advanced trichology, it was when I combined the shampoo, conditioner and most importantly the melatonin niacin drops on the scalp before bed that my scalp went from severely inflamed, itchy, scaly, red, to at peace and healthy! those niacin drops burned the first few nights I used them on the raw scalp but once healed it’s now all therapeutic! I have severe DHT and inflammation issues so I also use their vitamins and natural DHT blockers, and also use Hims: minoxidil hair drops + finasteride pill. But by using all of these advanced trichology products. I am able to cut the finasteride pill in 1/2 since studies show that can prevent side effects will providing similar coverage

I was desperately looking for something to help my rapid loss of hair, I had started hormone therapy because my hair was falling out in clumps and after I started my testosterone pellets my hair stopped falling out, however after used up my pellets by exercising, things came back little by little like my hair coming out in multiple strands. I went back to my Dr. and my tests came back that I was in normal levels, so I did a little research and found out about DHT blocker and my Dr. agreed it would be useful. So I did order this shampoo that has so many great comments. I am hoping to help those like me or hair like me. I have VERY long hair and a ton of it but when I was loosing 25 strands at a time everyday... alarming to say the least. I did some research and found Trichology. I have had it for the last week and almost out (long hair girl problems) hands down best ever, my scalp no longer itches, I no longer break out on my scalp and my hair combined with my favorite hair mask ....ya... mind-blowing. My hair has grown 1 in (I have also been taking the Folic and DHT Blocker plus Vitamin D3 directed by my Dr. Ladies, y hair is to my butt.... Use the Enjoy hair mask it dilutes with water if its too thick but you will not be disappointed ! I do wish this was available in a larger size as I will be out after 2 weeks....
