Great Value Great Unit, installed in Mercedes GL450
Excellent product for the price. Installed in my Mercedes 2008 GL450 over a year ago . Was easy to install , replacing the old head unit with good instructions. Also purchased a mounting frame /surround for a perfect fit in dash. Has been a solid unit with good sound and no problems. I use google maps offline downloads for the GPS but the built in GPS works fine. I play Pandora through the bluetooth from my Android phone or any other app . Download music or movies to a flash drive and play it for your passengers to extra monitors in your car on long drives. Highly Recommended.

Works good and looks awesome, seller helped answer questions
I installed this into a 2006 Cadillac DTS and at first the only sound I could get out of the radio was with the radio. Bluetooth and media would not have any sound. I messaged the seller and they suggested wiring an amp plug to the accessory remote wire and that ended up working. So if you have a DTS or similar GM vehicle, even if it's not the BOSE stereo, there may be an amplifier. So from a wiring harness, there is a blue wire that might be labeled "amp/ant". Instead of running that to the blue wire on the stereo that is labelled "ant" run that blue wire with your red accessory wires. So the one red accessory wire coming from the stereo is tied in with the red and blue wires from the wiring harness. Worked like a charm after that.

Limited power but still a decent value
This head unit is a good value if you are willing to accept the limitations and quirks. With only 1 gig of working memory and an older generation processor it is limited to how much it can do. If you don't expect a lot you may actually like it. I installed it in my motorhome so I can have a big screen GPS, phone connection via Bluetooth and some music. It is doing these few things fine but it is unable to run an RV app I was hoping to use. The app, RV Life GPS and Trip Planning is simply too big and demanding for the unit to handle. Luckily, Google Maps runs just fine. Uninstall any apps you don't plan to use and always close any apps you are not currently using to free up memory. Tap the double rectangle on the top bar and swipe away any unused apps or tap Close All. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work well but ONLY if you insert the backup camera plug. I'm not using the backup cam so I didn't plug it in. That plug has 2 small wires hanging out of it which don't connect to anything and apparently they are the wi-fi and bluetooth antennas. Who knew?!? I was ready to sent the whole unit back because I thought that wi-fi was broken but the vendor told me to insert the backup cam connector. Bingo, instant great signal. Hopefully they update their info instructions to avoid further customer headaches. Also, for those of us in the USA, the speed indicator on the Home screen can be switched from KPH to MPH by briefly touching and holding KPH and it will change to MPH.

Update, no support. No help from customer service
Update 7/25 The radio will stop working and there is no support to update. Not recommended. Yes, it says double din but it is not deep (only a few inches) and most of what you mount is the 2 brackets it comes with. To show you just how easy it is.... I mounted this in a 1992 F250 with a single din drop in slot. That means it fits a radio a fraction of the size and has NO Mounting points other than a basket. I drilled into the hard plastic inside the drop in area and bent the brackets to fit leaving the radio side fully intact. Perfect mount. Hookup is really easy other than the camera wire and steering wheel hookup colors either being marked wrong or colors mixed up so Iโm researching it. All I need is the backup cam so Iโll update when I get to it. This radio is basic in many ways but brought my truck into the future and made it better. GPS works, phone works, no issues yet. Itโs worth the money + or - a few bucks.

Wonderful (well,almost)
Just installed this and I have a love hate relationship with it already. I put this in a motorhome. The installation went fine. I had to do some modifications to the cowling, but they were minor. It is slow. If you ask it to do any intensive task, downloading music. Installing apps, etc, get it started then go have a cup of coffee..Once all set up and the apps I wanted are installed, it's still sluggish, but livable. Likes: Price. Price. Price. Backup camera, gps, Bluetooth, WiFi and audio work fine. Dislikes: Android 13 not 15 as the ad says. One of the primary reasons I selected this unit was for the later Android release. Kind of quirky. I hate the AI assistant and cannot disable or remove the app. The radar/weather app I use EVERYWHERE else won't load from the Play store. Bummer that. I'll keep it. Did I mention the price?

It could be so good...but its not.
I wanted to hold off on my review for a while until I got long term use. I really really want to leave a much better review, because this is so close to being a good, cheap option...but its just not. Android auto works pretty decent. However the programming for this radio is absolutely terrible. Trying to use any sort of app (YT, Netflix etc.) is REALLY slow and glitchy and multiple crashes have happened. Settings are all over the place and very hard to find and just dont make much sense. The display is actually really nice and the screen is sleek and thin...however on mine there are lines on the screen that almost look printed on the outside of the screen and cannot be removed that I can see. You can see them even when the screen is off. The wireless connection is good...however when first connecting it will fade in and out for several minutes while playing music. I have this hooked into a sub amplifier and the voltage pre-out is a VERY weak signal. I ended up having to purchase an additional line driver to not have the gain maxed out at the amp. I think with a little bit of software configuration on the manufacturers side this would be super solid...for now its just 2 out of 5 stars for me. It works...but just.

The price is right.
Works quite well. Screen pixel could be a little better and touchscreen respond not as bad. Not sure how much ram but perhaps need a little more also due to multiple apps are running and android os already taking alot from it by itself.
