This is your purchase *by L***Z on Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2013* I recently had ankle surgery and purchased this item. Basic cold packs usually lay flat and you have to maneuver it to hit the points where you need it. With this cold pack w/knee wrap, I was able to wrap it around my ankle (even though it says "knee wrap") and it got the entire circumference of my ankle cold. It stays in place and maintains it's chill. My knee has been acting up now too and, again, I'm able to wrap it around the aching joint and move around. This product has been able to relieve some of the pain from my swollen joints. ### ⭐⭐ Disappointed *by A***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 1, 2014* Disappointed in the design. I didnt sent it back but, I probably should have. I've only used it once.
