My husband has a hump on his back from being 6'4" and slouching. He uses this to remind him to pull his shoulders back. He says it doesn't really pull them back but helps remind him to.

I'm not going to discuss too much about if it works because that's subjective. I get gentle pressure mid-back when I slouch forward in front of my computer which is really what I wanted out of it. Just need a reminder :) As for fit, I'm six feet, 219 pounds. I'm slightly overweight with a 43" stomach measured below the navel and a pretty strong chest from strength training (haven't measured but i'd guess somewhere around 42-45). My shoulders are strong, but not super bulky at this point. I bought an XL on a hunch and I feel there's plenty of room with this one to tighten or enlarge. There's adjustable shoulder straps as well which I didn't see in the description. The shoulder straps were a bit loose out of the bag but having tightened them I have about six more inches of room to tighten as they stick to the waist belt. There was maybe four inches to loosen as well from the factory setting. If you're anywhere near my size, this is the one to get. If you are well below 40" in the stomach department (or plan to be), you might want to size down unless you're on the cusp. It depends on whether you plan to lose stomach size or if you're good where you are. Either way, XL has lots of room for me to either get bigger or smaller so if you're not sure just get XL. After living with lower back and hip pain for 10 years, thanks to two car wrecks, my posture had become increasingly worse. Need stronger material to hold shoulders back

This is a gift I bought for my child. His study is more important now. I am worried that his sitting posture will become bad after a long time of study. So I gave him this product. I immediately let him use it after it arrived. He felt very good after using it for a few days. I am very happy. This product has helped my child. Thank God

Super adjustable and comfortable to wear. It can take time to get use to wearing so starting for short periods is recommended. Over tune it helps you become more aware of your posture so you correct it on your own. Good tool for posture help and awareness.

This product was not the one I wanted, and I ordered it only because I wanted a posture corrector and free shipping. Amazon and/or its partners are making it impossible to know upfront when ordering whether the product truly qualifies for free shipping. After selecting one posture corrector and other items and getting all the way to the checkout, I discovered that I would be charged shipping despite this item being billed as qualifying for free shipping if shipped by Amazon. Took me forever to back out of that transaction, find another product advertised as qualifying for free shipping if shipped by Amazon (which it was), only to have the same thing happen. Regarding the product itself, the only good thing I can say is that it's easy to put on. Otherwise, it's a waste of money. Amazon will drop even further down my list of places to shop from here on out.

I bought this at the end of last year. I used it a few times and it just wasn’t comfortable. The shoulders were too big and rubbed against my underarm. Well, today i randomly saw a video for one of these and now realize I have been wearing it incorrectly. You close the wide strap first, then adjust the smaller straps til they pull your shoulders back to the proper position. Duh! So I’m going to try it in the morning and see if it’s more comfortable and helpful. <fingers cross> that it makes a difference.
